Marty's second graders have been working with CitySprouts every week
this year. They have been sketching in the Woodland Garden and the new
raised-bed gardens at the school, investigating and harvesting at the
Squirrel Nut Brand Garden, and have had two classroom visits by
CitySprouts as well. The new CitySprouts Garden Coordinator, Kate, has
been working closely with a Food Corps Worker, Greg, to help present
stimulating writing, drawing, math, and science opportunities for the
students!
